- By using Submission.Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
- Service
- Submission.Tools provides directory lists, submission notes, generated copy starters, tracker UI, and CSV-style exports for launch operations.
- No guarantees
- We do not guarantee that any directory will accept, publish, rank, link to, or send traffic to your product. Approval decisions belong to each directory.
- Your content
- You are responsible for the product information, claims, screenshots, links, and submission copy you use. Review generated copy before sending it anywhere.
- Acceptable use
- Do not use Submission.Tools for deceptive submissions, scraped identity data, abusive campaigns, malware, illegal products, or anything that misrepresents affiliation with a directory.
- Third parties
- External directory websites are independent services. Their availability, forms, cookies, payments, moderation, and terms are not controlled by Submission.Tools.
- Exports
- Tracker states and CSV exports are provided for convenience. You are responsible for keeping your own records and checking export accuracy.
- Ownership
- The Submission.Tools site, directory dataset, design, copy, code, and brand assets belong to Submission.Tools or its licensors. Do not resell, clone, or bulk republish the dataset as a competing product.
- Availability
- We may change, remove, or limit parts of the site at any time. The site is provided as-is, without warranties.
- Liability
- Use the site at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Submission.Tools is not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed launches, rejected submissions, or indirect damages.
